Skilled Nursing Transfer

Coordinated seated transfers to or from skilled nursing facilities, once the care team confirms the rider is ready to travel.

White OnCall Couriers van with company branding

Skilled nursing transfers bring together the rider, family, sending team, receiving facility, and transportation provider around one clear plan. We offer seated, non-emergency rides for ambulatory passengers and standard manual or power wheelchair users once the care team confirms they are ready to travel.

Before pickup, facilities can coordinate release timing, mobility equipment, paperwork, receiving contact, access at both locations, and any required accompanying adult. Transfers operate Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM, subject to dispatch availability. Sharing timing changes promptly helps everyone stay aligned.

Ideal For

  • Care-team-approved seated transfers
  • Standard wheelchair facility moves
  • Coordinated admissions or discharges

Planning Note

Confirm both facilities are ready, the rider is approved for seated travel, and any required accompanying adult has been arranged.
