Hospital Discharge or Transfer

Coordinated seated rides after hospital discharge or between care settings, once the care team confirms the rider is ready to travel.

White OnCall Couriers van with company branding

Hospital discharge or transfer transportation is available once the care team confirms the patient is ready to travel seated in a vehicle. We coordinate non-emergency pickup with the hospital, patient, family, or receiving location for ambulatory riders and standard manual or power wheelchair users.

Follow the hospital's discharge guidance and arrange any required accompanying adult ahead of time. Because release times can shift, discuss planned and will-call options with dispatch and share the receiving contact and mobility details. Service operates Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM, subject to availability.

Ideal For

  • Care-team-approved hospital discharge
  • Seated transfer to another setting
  • Ambulatory or standard wheelchair patients

Planning Note

Before booking, confirm readiness for seated travel, receiving-party availability, mobility equipment, and any facility-required accompanying adult.
