OnCall Couriers has been providing non-emergency medical transportation to patients throughout Southeast Michigan for over 12 years. We serve individuals traveling to dialysis appointments, rehabilitation programs, therapy centers, assisted living facilities, and medical offices throughout the Detroit metro area and beyond.

Zero-Tolerance Drug & Alcohol Policy
The safety of every passenger is our highest priority. We hold our drivers to a strict, uncompromising standard.
Our Policy
OnCall Couriers LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs and alcohol by its drivers, in accordance with Michigan law (MCL 257.2139(1) and (2)). No driver may operate a company vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any other intoxicating substance that impairs the ability to drive safely.
The consumption of alcohol or unlawful drugs is strictly prohibited while on duty, while operating a vehicle, and during any period in which a driver is transporting passengers. Any driver found to be in violation of this policy is immediately removed from service and subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
This standard applies to every trip, every vehicle, and every member of our team, without exception. Protecting the patients and passengers in our care is a responsibility we take seriously on every ride.
Report a Concern
If you believe a driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your trip, or you have any other safety concern, please report it to us right away. Every complaint is taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and handled confidentially.
