Wheelchair Transportation

Accessible non-emergency rides for standard manual and power wheelchair users. We plan door-to-door details before the trip.

White OnCall Couriers van with company branding

Wheelchair transportation supports passengers traveling in a standard manual or power wheelchair who need a seated, non-emergency ride. We coordinate door-to-door pickup, securement, destination access, and return timing before travel so riders and families know what to expect.

A planned return can be booked with the outbound trip, or riders may request a will-call return when timing is uncertain. Service is available Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM, subject to dispatch and vehicle availability. Tell us the wheelchair type and dimensions, rider transfer needs, and any ramps, steps, or narrow entrances when requesting a quote so dispatch can plan the right vehicle and route.

Ideal For

  • Standard power wheelchair users
  • Accessible appointments and personal trips

Planning Note

Provide the wheelchair dimensions and type, rider transfer needs, and entrance details before booking so dispatch can confirm a suitable seated ride.
