Facility partnerships help care teams and community organizations coordinate seated, non-emergency transportation for ambulatory passengers and standard manual or power wheelchair users. We work with approved facility contacts to review trip requests, recurring schedules, entrance instructions, rider mobility details, and pickup or return communication.
We can bill the patient directly or invoice your facility. We’ll confirm your preferred billing arrangement when scheduling a ride or setting up a facility partnership agreement.
Facilities can confirm each rider is ready for seated travel and arrange any required accompanying adult before pickup. Service operates Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM, with trips confirmed through dispatch. Organizations may contact the team to discuss workflow, authorized contacts, and optional portal access.
