Dialysis

Consistent rides to and from dialysis appointments. We can coordinate recurring days, ready times, and accessibility needs.

White OnCall Couriers van with company branding

Dialysis transportation requires dependable timing and a clear plan for both arrival and return. We provide non-emergency, door-to-door rides for ambulatory passengers and riders using standard manual or power wheelchairs, and can review recurring schedules with patients, families, and treatment facilities.

Return timing may be reserved in advance or set as will-call when treatment length changes. A will-call pickup is targeted within 30 minutes after dispatch is notified, subject to operating hours and availability. We use the same driver whenever possible for a familiar, consistent trip. Once the treatment team confirms the rider is ready for seated travel, service runs Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM.
