Reserve a pickup and return together when the office can estimate the finish time. If timing is uncertain, a will-call return targets pickup within 30 minutes after you notify dispatch, subject to availability. We use the same driver for both directions whenever possible. Follow any provider guidance about accompaniment, and once the care team confirms the rider is ready for seated travel, trips operate Monday through Saturday, 5 AM to 6 PM with routes confirmed by dispatch.
