Ambulatory transportation is a practical choice for riders who can walk independently or with a personal mobility aid and safely enter and exit a standard vehicle. We provide non-emergency, door-to-door rides for medical appointments, errands, family visits, and other everyday destinations throughout Southeast Michigan.

Trips may be arranged with a planned return or a will-call return when the finish time is uncertain. For an existing booking, the first 15 minutes of driver wait time are included, followed by $10 for each additional 15 minutes. We aim to send the same driver for both legs whenever possible. Service operates Monday through Saturday, 5 AM to 6 PM, and dispatch confirms each route based on availability.
