We provide non-emergency, door-to-door rides for ambulatory passengers and standard manual or power wheelchair users once the care team confirms they are ready for seated travel.
Follow the surgery center's anesthesia and discharge guidance, and arrange the required accompanying adult ahead of time. A planned return or will-call return may be discussed for release within service hours and dispatch availability. We operate Monday through Saturday from 5 AM to 6 PM. Share procedure timing and discharge guidance in advance.
